V. Business Intelligence and Analytics

Objective:
Utilize company data to improve decision-making processes.

Aid Amount:

  • Segment I – 10 < 50 employees: €4,000 (3 Users)
  • Segment II – 3 < 9 employees: €2,000 (1 User)

Execution Percentages by Phases:

  • First Phase: 70%
  • Second Phase: 30%

Minimum Requirements:

Functionalities and Services: This solution includes a number of configuration hours for defining the specifics of the commercialization processes, as well as for data loading. These hours are determined, for each of the company segments defined in Article 8.2, as follows:

  • Segment I (10-49 employees): 70 configuration hours.
  • Segment II (3-9 employees): 40 configuration hours.

This process is essential for the subsequent implementation and deployment of the digital solution, which will provide at least the following functionalities and services:

  • Data integration with other databases: The solution will allow access to other databases and make comparisons with the exposed data.
  • Data storage: The solution must provide a storage capacity of at least 1 GB per user.
  • Creation of structured and visual data dashboards: The solution will allow creating personalized data dashboards with relevant data and various visualization forms.
  • Data export: The solution will allow data export to images or Excel documents, creating synergies and compatibilities with various commonly used programs for users.

Description of the Solution: A Business Intelligence software with real-time Big Data dashboards for hospitality that allows you to know everything that is happening or has happened in any area of your business.

Digitalize and/or automate business processes related to the operational or productive aspects of beneficiary companies.

Aid Amount:
Segment I – 10 < 50 employees: 6.000 € (10 Users)

Segment II – 3 < 9 employees: 2.000 € (3 Users)

Execution Percentages by Phases:

  • First Phase: 70%
  • Second Phase: 30%

Minimum Requirements:

Functionalities and Services: 6.000 € (10 Users)

This solution includes a number of hours dedicated to the configuration for defining the specifics of the commercialization processes, as well as for data loading. These hours are determined for each of the company segments defined in Article 8.2 as follows:

  • Segment I (10-49 employees): 60 configuration hours.
  • Segment II (3-9 employees): 45 configuration hours.

This process is essential for the subsequent implementation and deployment of the digital solution, which will provide at least the following functionalities and services:

  • Digitalization and/or automation of processes and workflows: The solution must allow the digitalization and/or automation of processes such as:

    • Invoicing: Automation of invoicing processes with the generation of delivery notes and invoices.
    • Inventory: Forecasting, stock levels, shipments, distributions, returns, and cancellations, etc.
    • Purchases and payments: Management of purchase orders and suppliers.
  • Integration with various platforms: The solution must have APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools.

  • Upgradable: The solution must be upgradable with new versions.

  • Scalable: The solution must be able to adapt to potential growth or changes in the SME’s business structure.

Compliance: The solution must enable the beneficiary to ensure compliance with the regulations governing invoicing obligations under Royal Decree 1619/2012, as well as any applicable regulations. In particular, the invoicing and accounting processes, inventories, and purchases and payments must guarantee the integrity, conservation, accessibility, readability, traceability, and immutability of records according to applicable regulations.
