Order by restocking
At Controliza, we highly value the ease with which our customers can manage their tasks using our tool, so we continuously work to improve it to meet their diverse needs. That’s why we have developed a new feature for placing orders: stock replenishment orders.
What does this mean?
Simply put, it means that you can place an order to replenish a pre-established amount of product with just the touch of a button. Once the adjustment is enabled, you only need to set a replenishment stock level for the products, which will be the basis for the order calculation.
When placing the order, you will see a new button (+restocking) that will give you access to the automatic calculation button for the restocking order. The system will calculate the difference between what is in the warehouse at the time of the order and the desired quantity, translating it into the purchase format and automatically filling in the order to replenish the amounts consumed since the last purchase.

With this new functionality, available to customers who have the predictive and purchasing modules, placing purchase orders is greatly simplified.
