Computer Vision per Product
Cameras above the buffet line identify each product on each tray. The system measures fill level, consumption rate and detects when a product is running low or not being consumed.
- Identification per product — it does not measure "total line weight" but how much of each specific dish remains. Salad, salmon, fruit: each with its own consumption curve
- Consumption rate — the system learns how quickly each product is consumed by time slot. Data to decide when and how much to replenish
- Real-time dashboard — view the status of each tray from the kitchen or the central office without walking to the buffet
Smart Replenishment Alerts
The system generates replenishment alerts based on real consumption rate, not fixed schedules. Replenish only when needed and in the right quantity. Less waste, a buffet that always looks attractive to the guest.
- Threshold alerts — when a product level drops below the configured threshold, the kitchen receives the alert automatically
