The manager or goods receiver takes a photo of the delivery note with their phone. The system automatically extracts: supplier, products, quantities, unit prices, batches and expiry dates. No typing required.

Delivery Note vs Order vs Contract Matching
Each line of the delivery note is automatically matched against the original order and the supplier's current contract/rate. If there is a difference in price, quantity or product, you see it in real time before accepting the goods.
- Price deviations -- if the supplier raised the price above the contract, the system flags it before you sign. No surprises on the invoice
- Quantity deviations -- you ordered 50 kg and they delivered 45. The system detects it and lets you claim immediately, not at end of month
